Delivery time: 1-3 weeks

Extra characters: +100% each

Extra props: +20€ (for PORTRAITS ONLY hands also count as props)

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Work begins after the initial payment is received.

  • Once I have started working, payments are non-refundable.

  • If I cancel the commission, you will receive a refund for unfinished work.

  • If you stop responding for 2 weeks, the commission will be cancelled and payments will not be refunded.

  • Rush commissions may be available for an additional fee. Ask before booking.

    DEADLINES     

  • Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Need a specific deadline? Ask before commissioning me.

  • Delays in client responses may extend the turnaround time.

  • Standard commissions are for personal use only.

  • You may post the artwork online or use it as a profile picture, but please credit me.

  • Commercial use requires an additional fee and prior agreement.

  • Copyright remains with me unless otherwise agreed.

  • Working/source files are not included.

  • You may not use my artwork for AI training or generation.

  • I may post completed commissions in my portfolio/social media. Private commissions are available upon request.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

  • By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

       PROCESS       

  • 1. Request → Send your idea and references. I'll confirm the price and estimated turnaround.

  • 2. Payment → 50% upfront, or 100% upfront if preferred through PayPal.

    • If you pay 50% upfront, I’ll start working on 2-3 thumbnails. After you chose your preferred thumbnail you have to pay the other 50% before I move onto stage 2.

Stage 1: Thumbnails

  • 3. Sketch & approval → I'll send progress updates for approval before moving to the next stage.

Stage 2: Construction

(FOR SCENE ILLUSTRATIONS ONLY, I’ll send 2-3 color thumbnails you can pick from)

Stage 3: Color

  • 4. Final → After approval, I'll finish the artwork and send you the final PNG file(s).

Stage 4: Rendering

Revisions: Up to 3 revisions are included at each stage. Additional revisions are €15 each. Major changes to the original request may cost extra.
